We suggest that you e-mail us prior to placing your order to check availability and postage costs. We endeavor to process orders immediately, however on some occasions it can take up to 14 days to process. Postage and Packing charges are subject to change. In the event that the cost of shipping exceeds that charged when the order was placed, regrettably we will pass that cost onto the customer. If that occurs we will e-mail the customer advising them of the additional cost. In the event that the customer does then not wish to proceed with the purchase a full refund will be made. All orders will be sent via Registered Mail and will require signature upon delivery. If your purchase is showing obvious signs of transit damage upon delivery, please refuse to accept delivery and notify us immediately. All orders are shipped via surface mail, therefore depending upon your location, orders once dispatched can take several weeks to arrive. Please e-mail us if you prefer an express delivery service.
